You my return any item free of charge within 8 working days of receipt, in a new and unused condition and in it's original packaging.
We cannot accept any returns on personalised items, unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product.
We cannot accept returns of certain jewellery items such as ear wires, earrings, cosmetics and specialist food stuffs due to hygiene reasons.
Where a product has a security seal, a refund will not be given if the seal is broken.
